First, please make sure that you can complete the payment via PayPal (bank transfer | eCheck | major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

Click “Add To Cart” button to purchase the goods. You can review the shipping cost before placing an order. The shipping cost is for Worldwide Registered Airmail (Insurance included with Tracking #).

ATTENTION! Registered Insurance cover of up to $40.00 is included. Higher insurance quotes available upon request. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen items if packages are not insured.

Inventory/Shipping Rules

Most items listed for sale at store.anime-hobby.com are kept in stock and ready to ship within 24-48 hours. However, there will be instances when items go out of stock and become backordered, usually due to delays from the manufacturer. If any of the items that you order are out of stock, you can wait for the backordered items to get back in stock *1. If you don’t want the backordered items to hold up the rest of your order, we will ship your order and made a refund for unavailable item (partial postage refund may be made if applicable).

If any of the items that you order are pre-order items, we will generally hold your order until all your items are available to ship complete *1, unless you request we ship your pre-order item separately later for additional shipping charge.

If you would like to order any *** SOLD OUT *** items, you better place separate orders for each *** SOLD OUT *** item. Otherwise, we will hold up the rest of your order until all your items are available to ship *1.

*1 It is hard to estimate when backordered/pre-order items will be in stock. It could be days, or in rare cases, weeks. But we will not hold orders for more than 28 days.

Customs/Duties/Tariffs

International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees and duties. We cannot be responsible for orders that incur additional customs, duties, or tariffs once they reach the destination country. Please check your local customs regulations for specific information.

We always mark your parcels as “Gift”. And, we can set the value lower upon request.

Cancel/Returns

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. We trust our customers to know what they are ordering when they place an order, and to review their order carefully before finalizing it. The payment process once you’re finished, you cannot cancel a purchase. Please ask any questions or requests for detail in advance of placing your order.
